Consignment Issues and Contract Negotiations Beyond exclusivity and commission percentage, there are many issues to consider in a consignment agreement. Likewise, accepting commissions can be a nightmare without a proper contract. Tips regarding fifteen topics are included, plus problems to avoid, and how to diplomatically handle negotiations. Galleries 101 This segment provides valuable tips for artists on how to target galleries, both online and in person. Like other artists in the community, we accept Art Commissions and sell our paintings in our art gallery in the studio.
